JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service Incoming calls (Reservations and service issues) from customers in a production call center environment
  • Process cases related to customers Reservations
  • Perform various activities in the Customer Service System
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives that include reviews of recorded calls and samples of e-mails

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work Weekend Days or nights required
  • Ability to work Weekday evenings
  • Extremely positive, warm and bright attitude
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Excellent verbal (great phone voice a must) and written skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer issues and the desire to promote service
  • The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a strong plus but not required.
  • Prior Call Center experience Required
  • Self motivated and can work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the tri-state area

Dispatcher

Fast growing Luxury Black Car Service seeking motivated people to dispatch our fleet of sedans and limousines throughout the Tri State Area and manage affiliated jobs.

Job Description

Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years experience as a dispatcher or dispatch assistant and must have good knowledge of the Tri State Area. Must also have good customer service skills and be able to communicate with chauffeurs via Nextel Radio. Good company benefits and an opportunity to join a company revolutionizing the industry.

Minimum Candidate Attributes

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year related experience
  • Excellent PC skills; intermediate skill level in regard to MS Windows and Excel.
  • Intermediate data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational, oral, written, listening skills, and trouble shooting skills.
  • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and emergency situations; demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks/demands.
  • Must be able to speak clearly and read English in order to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate via radio and/or phone.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform in high-pressure situations; "can-do" attitude.

Customer Service Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Strong Word, Power Point and Excel skills.
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Call Center environment.

Essential Duties

  • Responsible for coordinating all scheduling for CSG Staff including CSR reps, Dispatchers and new hires. Consistently evaluates current staffing to adjust to changing call center needs.
  • Coordinates assigned Department reports, presentations and databases related to research, budgets and customer satisfaction as dictated by Director of CSG.
  • Partner with Director of Customer Service to develop, coordinate, and assist with with recruiting.
  • Monitors Agent attendance to insure that the Pont System is being applied.
