David E. De Leeuw
Chairman / Equity Investor
David E. De Leeuw is a Managing Director at Lion Chemical Capital. He oversees several portfolio companies of American Infrastructure MLP Funds. Mr. De Leeuw has more than 30 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance. He was a Managing Director at Mdc Management Company Inc. Mr. De Leeuw was a Founding Partner at McCown & De Leeuw & Co. (MDC). Mr. De Leeuw was involved in identifying, negotiating, financing, and closing many of the firm's 34 platform transactions. Prior to founding the firm in 1984, he worked in the leveraged acquisitions group at Citibank and previously at W.R. Grace and Co. and Paine Webber in New York and Tokyo. Mr. De Leeuw has been a Director of Nimbus CD International Inc. since March 1995 and serves on the Board of Advisors of Core Capital Partners. He currently serves as a Director of Vans, Inc.; Papa Gino's Inc.; and DEC International, Inc. and is a Member of Gamma Fund. Mr. De Leeuw sits on the Boards of Directors of Aurora Foods (NYSE: AOR) and American Residential Investment Trust (NYSE: INV). He served on the Boards of Aurora Foods, Inc. Mr. De Leeuw received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. in History from Lafayette College.

During 2004,Arbinet achieved the best first-day close IPO performance. Combining his unique talents as a business strategist and a technological innovator, Alex is continuing to invent new technologies in the communications field. A featured speaker at over 120 international communications conferences and TV interviews, and a recipient of 17 domestic and international patents relating to communications infrastructure and signaling, Alex has received numerous awards for innovation including the prestigious 2000 Albert Einstein Technology medal and the Technology Foresight Award for Innovation (presented in Geneva at Telecom 99). Alex has proven his ability to identify the winning trends, build a powerful intellectual property portfolio and bring together winning teams to build world-class companies. He has raised over one hundred fifty million dollars to help position his startups as leaders in their fields.
Mike Kahmann
COO
Mike has experience in a broad array of business disciplines, including sales and marketing, finance, and operations. He worked for the General Electric Company in a variety of finance capacities, for GE Credit and The CIT Group in sales and marketing, and had full P&L responsibility for Emigrant Business Credit Corp., a business lending arm of Emigrant Bank that he started de novo in 1998. Mike was a consultant for Fortune 500 and middle-market companies on complex sales processes involving multiple buying influences. Mike received his bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College, and his MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
Riz Husain

Riz entered the sales field during his college days. He is a multilingual communicator whose sales background is strengthened by extensive International Travel for professional and academic development. He speaks Hindi, Urdu and Bengali.Career includes notable, progressive experience in the transportation and hospitality industries. Interested in the Airline Industry since childhood, he started his career with Eastern and Continental Airlines after college, holding positions as Airport Manager and Area Sales Manager. He moved on to the Hotel Industry and climbed quickly up the ladder, in sales and hotel management positions in boutique, private and major chain hotels such as the Taj and Radisson. Thereafter, he transitioned to the logistics side of the transportation industry and held senior managerial positions for cargo companies in sales and marketing, such as TNT Airways and GEO Logistics.
Edward R. Burns
CFO
Edward Burns brings more than 16 years of private equity, investment banking and commercial finance experience to LimoRes. Edward spent the past ten years as a private equity investor with CIT Equity Investments and Emigrant Capital Corp. where we was responsible for managing sixteen investments representing $100 million of invested capital in middle market companies across a wide spectrum of industries. Edward served as a director of seven companies where he focused on broad based operating issues including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, senior management recruitment and business development. Prior to joining CIT Equity Investments, Edward was an associate at JP Morgan's Investment Banking group. Edward began his career at The CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc. where he managed and underwrote $300 million in credit facilities to middle market companies. Edward received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Chi Eng
General Counsel
Mr. Eng contributes over 20 years of legal and communications industry experience. He was Senior Vice President, Intellectual Property Counsel of Arbinet-thexchange, the world's leading telecommunications trading exchange that he joined since April 2000. From 2002 to 2006, he was Arbinet's General Counsel and actively managed, among other responsibilities, private financing rounds during its startup days and subsequently, the initial public offering in 2004. Mr. Eng is a named inventor of several U.S. patent and patent applications. He also spent six years with a New York boutique law firm focusing on communications technology intellectual property law and representing multinational telecommunications corporate clients. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent seven years as a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs (now Alcatel-Lucent) developing communications industry software and systems. Mr. Eng graduated from Fordham Law School in 1993, received advanced engineering degrees from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1983, is a member of the State Bar of New York and New Jersey, and a Registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Chi and Alex Mashinsky have also worked together for over 10 years.
Ivan Aksentijevic
CTO
Ivan joined Limores in 2004 and has more than 10 years of experience in software development and management in the Telecom and Software industries. Before joining LimoRes.net Ivan served for 4 years as a Senior software designer in Mobtel which at that time was the largest Serbian mobile carrier. Prior to 2001 Ivan worked on a number of web development projects for B92 a Serbian broadcasting company.
Marko Jovanovic
Director of Operations
Before joining LimoRes Marko served as an executive and consultant in companies dealing with hi-tech software projects and telecommunications for corporate clients among which are Swisscom, Vejr2 and Tele2 . On those positions Marko gained vast experience in management, IT and IP telecommunication fields. This experience coupled with his engineering education make Marko a proven professional with clear management vision through the eyes of an engineer. His main focus is on increase of productivity through usage of technology and implementation of quality standards based on Total Quality Management philosophy - "Increase the quality and success will follow". Marko graduated from the University of Belgrade with M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. His thesis and later papers have quality management for their subject, focusing on CMMI and Six Sigma models.
