Detroit
Detroit Michigan is an important business center and the car capitol of the world. The city was made famous by the Ford Motor Company and there are some very interesting places to go here. You can go to the residence of Henry Ford which is now a museum. It is situated on a river and has its own hydroelectric plant. The plant and much of the electrically driven features were personally made by Thomas Edison himself. You can also go to the Ford Museum which houses a lot of interesting artifacts.
Detroit Metropolitan Airport
It has all sorts of trains and planes on display and even houses many presidential limousines. These include the limousines from the Kennedy and Franklin Roosevelt administrations. Interestingly enough it also has the presidential carriage of Teddy Roosevelt. Speaking of limousines, you should consider renting one from us during your stay.
